Project title: Food Savers - Food Waste Prevention in Harghita County The aim of the Food Savers project is to propose effective steps to reduce food waste, with a special focus on urban residents of Harghita County who want to run their households more consciously and sustainably. Why target urban residents? Because the current situation in Harghita County shows that urban residents are in greater need of support and guidance to reduce food waste. The programme will help them to manage food more efficiently, thus reducing waste and environmental impact.
